So i farmed championtrains in frostgorge sound like crazy.[a few month ago]
i made around 10-30g in around 2-3h “always” !

now iam back to the game, the champtrain is gone, i farmed now SW (cuz of the portal that i dont got) for around 40h+ since the beta-portal-drop-patch and endet up with around 60-70g + around 100 ectoplasma

so :
-no enough money for that much effort (in my opinion) because it was more befor with champtrains

is there another way to make money these days, except of soloing dungeons?dont rly like the dungeons at all

would be happy if someone can give me some advice how to make money with new (champtrains or other things that give 100% money and not a rdm drop with 0,000001% that give 1000g.. i need a spot where i can farm for 2-3h after work and get something for it, and dont end up with nothing except of some materials that are worth like 2gs

got 2 exos yesterday worth togather like 3,2g <- that 2 are the first ones in about 2 40h of farming SW with 412%mf (always birthday buf activ)

my problem is , that i dont know any farm that is not from 1-xxx g in 2-3h
i am searching for an way to increase my minimum gold gain in time
now it is at example x(1)gold to 10gold in 3hours
i need a way to farm 3hours and increase the minimum gold to like 5-10gold in 3h
so i defenetly get something for my effort and its not based on luck

so i need a place where u have a 100% chance of getting money and not with a chance like 0,00001% on item x that is worth it to grind there 24/7 for 10weeks to get 1k gold

i dont care if its farming trees in area x. if it will increase the money per hour ill do it.

but i want to make it worthfull and not a waste of time (its only my opinion)
i need gold , all i want is to know that there are ways to make money on a safe way, and not the x% chance way

What were you doing in SW? I believe the best source of money there is chest farming, which guarantees one exotic bag every time you open a chest, you just need enough crests to buy the keys for them (shovels can only be acquired as random reward from doing events though).

That being said, Cursed Shore still has a champ farm going.

Yes, farming sparkfly fen, you’d almost definitively bump into teq during that time as well = 2 gold. You will be done with farming platinum and hard wood within about 30 mins to 45 mins and that’s about 6 gold (right now) – you can do that on multiple alts, and you can also do teq on multiple alts and get the rewards except for the exotic wooden chest, that you can only get once per day. It’s also ~15k karma for each teq fight/defeat.

• The SW chest train is similar to Frostgorge champ train, in that it generates a lot of champ bags with noticeable average value.
• The event train (culminating in breach/vinewrath) is comparable to Orr, in that it generates mostly mats, with the occasional high-value item.

Mileage will vary and most players think both the SW versions are more lucrative than Orr/Frostgorge.

So again, I’m not altogether sure why you aren’t earning just as much (if not more) than you were before your break.

its about the gameplay ^^ sw (events) are rly annoy me today, its boring for me and i dont like that i cant do it by myself, sometimes u do the vinewarth event(endboss) and there are ppl afk at boss and fail th e hole event and u waste like 30mins of gameplay for 0loot because event mobs dont drop loot there , and when u fail the event u dont get a chest either .

I’m very puzzled as to how you did a champ train without other people.

Run a chest train in Sw, it is 2x more efficient than the old champ trains, but they nerfed the money by 90% so overall it is a little worse than before. There is simply no more farms that give 20g per hour. They balanced out the economy, the only way to make that kind of money is by playing the TP now.

In my experience, SW doesn’t make nearly as much gold as champ farming.

The best gold:time spent is in mat farming in good maps like Sparkfly Fen, Mount Maelstrom, Timberline Falls…forget the foraging and just go for platinum ore+hard wood logs, or iron ore+soft wood logs. Collect as much as you can in the time between the decent ‘big’ champs and sell the lot on the TP (NOT vendors)

So what I hear you saying isn’t that the amount of money is different, it’s that you like the frostgorge chain, but you’re bored by silverwastes.

While I think FG is stupefyingly dull myself, I can admit you’re not alone: others would prefer more FG and less SW (regardless of anyone’s perception of coin-gain efficiency). Since that’s true, I suspect you’d have some success taxiing people to Frostgorge using the LFG tool, especially if you convince 2-3 others in the map to do the same. Something like, “Frostgorge champ train, commander — no mordrem & no shovels required.”
