Montly Master Crafter
I know a lot of craft at 50 can make green or higher. Mighty Embroidered Jute Insignia etc.. for Armor. I think cooking is just blue level at all ranks of cooking.
Guild : OBEY (The Legacy) I call it Obay , TLC (WvW) , UNIV (other)

I used jeweler, I think I made orbs or something I have to check..
Edit: Adorned Amber jewel. Skill level 50.

Jeweler would be the cheapest route for someone without any crafting at all.
You could also use weaponsmithing or huntsman and make 40 of these and you’re done:

Edit: Just the dowel, no fine crafting materials required. Just Bronze and Wood.

I´m not absolutely sure but crafting master(green) dyes as a cook would do the job?
If the only craft you have is cooking (especially at 100) you’re pretty much outta luck. Sorry. About the only green or better things for a chef are some dyes, which take a lot of mats, and may be higher level than 100. And meals which cost a lot just to get the recipe (Mystic Toilet or the TP).
The easiest way for me was on my jeweler. At 275 or higher a jeweler can turn smaller stones (shards I think) into larger stones (gems I think). Which are green and give the credit. A jeweler can also turn t5 gems into t6 orbs if they have the mats and the skill level. It’s easier than going though the several steps most disciplines need to make a single green or higher.

Thanks alot guys.. Just crafted the 40 Bronze plated dowels.. was fast and fairly cheap
Craft dowels is pretty neat
My ele is 400 artificer and without even knowing it was part of the monthly I knocked it over in one sitting. Just grabbed a ton of elder wood and mithril to make up dowels (40 is enough for 20 rare weapons).
