I believe that there should be more character customisation in GW2, epically in hairstyles (they seem bland and boring to me). Does anyone else think more should be added to the initial character building? If so, what would you add?

Comparing this to the character creation on the original GW, I am completely satisfied with character customization on this game.

I never played the original GW, so maybe that’s why I’m a little disappointed with it… i still think they could do a little more with it tho… i would appreciate more choice.

Ahh. Well, in the first GW, we had choices based on the expansion. And then we only had, maybe 6 faces and hair styles to choose from (just depended on profession). no way to actually change the shape or eyes or anything.
later on in the game they added the customization kit thing, where you could choose all the faces and hair styles from all 3 expansions, which was pretty sweet. but nothing like what we have here

edit:
I would always like to see more choices too They always find a way to keep me changing my look, however!

I think it’s pretty basic, as far as modern MMOs goes. I think a lot more choices…or better yet more options to make minute adjustments would be beneficial.

How your character looks, for many of us, is one of the key factors for allowing us to relate. The less options, the harder it is to make a character.

And there are games out there that have far superior character customization options.
