I was gifted the new Crystalling Dragon Wings. Lovely. A while later went gliding. Nice soun…. buh?

The wings… they flap.

Why don’t all the wings flap?

+1 for flapping with wings. Non wing gliders can stay the way they are but adding flapping to all wings but be a nice feature.

yeah the kite and such can stay static, but wings should have physics and flap. +1

I’d actually prefer them not to flap.

It’s a cool animation, but every time it happens it bothers me that it doesn’t make any difference to your height or speed, which is what flapping is supposed to do. I know it’s a silly thing to be annoyed by and I’m not sure why this bothers me when so many other nonsensical things in the game don’t, but that’s how it is.

I’m actually happier using the bat wings or feather wings which just stay spread, like a bird or bats wings would be when they’re gliding.

You fall out of the sky like someone thats just been been stupid enough to negate the one aerodynamical property that kept them airborne.

Unless you have the lower body of a hamster and the arms of a gorilla with lighter than air bones and helium for blood you aint gonna flap good enough.

You didn’t actually think those short stubby glider wings are enough to hold up a full sized Norn or Charr did you?

Birds do not flap when they glide, they only flap their wings to gain/maintain altitude.
