While formulating a proper response, the thread was closed so I figured I just post them anyway.

For content, please consider the virtues being fostered by the game you’re designing. I’d like to see content that isn’t destroyed. That we have something to build and grow. Except for rezzing and a bit of crafting (we consume a lot of what we craft) we’re nothing but killing machines 24/7. There’s more to life than that :-)

Visual customization is a big part of the game for me. I’ve heard nothing mentioned on expanding it. More skins, more character tools, etc. Especially, breaking down Armor and Weapons into more zones for dying and opacity/visibility. For example, not wanting to show the sleeves of a coat or not using the calf area of a boot. Even to go as far as unlocking skins from the armor classes completely. That at the time of equipping on a character, it’s traits are applied based on the armor class of the character and it’s rarity. Seems perfectly logical to me since there are no speed or dexterity values on the armor.

AOE nerfing…. As someone who just rolled an Ele recently, I’m not very happy to hear this. If they get nerfed further, than weapon swapping should be added. Because a staff build would be virtually worthless in WvW.

What is talked about again and again is the need to nerf a thieves burst damage and stealth. Obviously, it must be the favorite of someone at Arenanet. Why you would chose the criminal class to be the most powerful in the game is beyond me. A thief should be quick, light, nimble, and agile. Not a power house….. This makes no sense to me. Unless promoting backstabbing people as being a good thing to do???

For Fractals of the Mist, I can say I truly never wish to do this ever again. Sometimes it’s mildly entertaining at best. Most of the time it’s between a chore to being just a really bad experience. Last night it took over 3 hours to get daily in. A darn rage quitter left at the Chest seal of Cliffisde because a party member accidentally killed the 2nd Chanter. This was our last one! We had to start the whole run over again. Things like this really make it just a really bad experience. The game should know the party strength and vary the difficulty to match. Thus, drops out’s and rage quitters could not ruin hours of work.

With all this said, I do like what I’m hearing when it comes to the new things you already listed. Especially more and more in WvW!!!

More this, less thieves please
