Is it just me or are the ore, trees and harvesting crops giving more lately? I’m in Caledon Forest and more times then not, a tree will give me 4-6 even 7 green logs. Same for crops, some will give 1-2 of whatever and I can still harvest one more time for 1-2 more of the same thing. Got 5 vanilla beans from one node! This has been happening for a last 4 days.

Is anyone else seeing this?

I’ve started a new warrior and I’m at lvl 10. I never seen this happen on my first lvl80 character, which is a Ranger with 70% of the map complete.

It’s because they fixed the WvW bonuses so they now work. Hover over the wvw icon at the top of the screen to see what your server’s hard work has given you.

I never used to be able to harvest things twice, while my friend was often doing it. Like I literally didn’t believe him when he said “that node let me harvest twice”. Then a patch came and bam! the WvW buff (and whatever base chance) seems to work for me finally.

I don’t get that bug where I couldn’t loot coins from a body anymore either.

No idea how much gold I lost during the first 2 months of the game…

Well since the rewards accumulate through the wvw week, you will notice it the most on thursday/friday before reset.

And the better your server is doing, the better the rewards. So on a bad week you don’t get as much.

What would explain it. Didn’t realize that went on. I’m not much of a WvW player, could never get in the groove of it.

Might be because I was a Ranger… I’ll give it another go once my Warrior is up to snuff.

Yes. The best time to level alts via crafting is Thurs nite-Fri morning. Add a crafting booster in there as well and you can cut a gold or more per profession out of the cost of the project
