I was thinking, since the humans have three ascended back items (Wings of Dwayna, Shadow of Grenth, & Chaos of Lyssa) anyone else think the other races should get their own ascended back items as well?

I’m thinking Asura does already. With the dynamic, static, and synergetic blades. But the others should!

That’s kinda true, although technically the blades came from Scarlet’s machines not strictly asuran technology.

Then, would they be Sylvari back-pieces?

Ha! That just doesn’t fit very well.

Well, we have a couple flower backpieces, and the toxic spore, those are pretty Sylvari-y.

Nothing that really fits Charr or Norn, though, unless you count the plushy charr backpacks.

O i though you where asking for race only back items or at least more of them. They kind of have them there a few plant ones (flower and toxin spore), there a few steam punk like ones (jet pack), there the high tech magic type (fractal) and, i guess the only one missing would be something norn like the back pack is kind of nornish.

A dead animal pelt as a shawl or cape could work for the Norn. There are definitely several for humans and Sylvari thus far though.

We have the Balth back piece too that you get from pvp. So, that covers 4 of the 6 gods.

I do think some other racial influenced back pieces would be cool though. Someone suggested in another thread maybe a Pitcher Plant quiver type back piece, would suffice for a Sylvari themed piece. I’m sure we could generate quite a list of suggestions for them..
