I was ready Dulfy the other day, and saw the upcoming Exemplar outfits. At first I was excited, until I saw what it looked like on female charr. I was instantly sold, and have my creditcard ready to get more Gems.

There’s just a limited availability of sexy looking outfits for female charrs. As a way to satisfy the small percentage of hardcore charr Role Players, there needs to be more outfits in the Gem Store. I think the Exemplar outfit is a good first step in solving this pressing issue. I implore Anet content designers to bring out even more outfits, because charr need loving too!

Yeah no, can’t really envision it.

Yeah, charr just can’t be sexy for me. And while I do like having the female skin options for my charr (and my asura), I usually can’t help but imagine charr as my own kitty cats dressed in fancy outfits.

I do think a female charr can look ‘sexy’ tho its usually when they wear armor that reveals alot of their skin (fur?).
There is even a pair heavy armor legs that doesnt have panties on female charr. Not a huge fan of that set tho, it looks more like a human thing.

It does bring up an interesting question.

Q: What does a Charr wear when she wants to attract a mate?

A: Steak.

I’m all for a meat dress outfit, if they also release the meat greatsword skin that’s already in game.

Now as for “reviling” dress for female charr, the fur already covers everything up, so charr are naturally censored.

Back to the outfits, if we had more outfit options, that would make the player base happier. Especially for RPing players who really like charr.

I really love charr, i have several female charrs, and i enjoy good looking armor on them (which is harder to find than i’d like) but when i saw that outfit on my charr…. ugh…. well no thanks. It’s not sexy at all, and i don’t want my charr to be “sexy” in any (human) way. Except maybe for what the charr themselves consider sexy, which is probably very different from what humans consider sexy. You know… healthy fur and teeth, shiny eyes, healthy/big antlers/horns – the kind of things animals usually base their choices of mates on. Armor/clothes that maybe emphasise their muscles and not something like this outfit. To me, this look is more ridiculous than anything. And no offense, really, i am glad at least some people will get what they wanted to see on charrs. It’s just so not my thing.

I could use a heavy armor option that isn’t froufrou ceremonial or try-hard Balthazar for an outfit. The Jungle Explorer one is pretty rad for a medium armor look and engineers. The fancy ones have been great for my clothies.

So where’s the heavy love?

Because Rytlock onii-chan hasn’t come to Divinity’s Reach and RP’d with the best charr community in all of Tyria. But the awesome levels won’t reach over 9000 until more outfits are in the Gem Store.

Silly me, I always got the idea that sexy for a female charr is when she looks like she could carve someone into pieces, as opposed to wearing a very human cliche of lace and a corset.

Of course, more options for all races are great. Especially if they don’t clip.

this is a modern world where people are allowed to be into just about anything they want as long as it’s an agreement between 2 consenting adults, so if OP wants a subscription to Playcharr, I say more power to him.

It’s for all the people who posted and wanted to be able to put their female Charr in a dress, because presumably that’s what female Charrs want to wear to attract a male Charr. Personally I think it’s rather silly looking, but /shrug.

For me, the Greatsword would have to be a (very large dragon style) T-Bone, though I suppose gnawed meat could still be left on it to help give it shape.

A naturally sexy charr, I should think, would be well groomed with fur easily blowing in the breeze, not matted down armor fur (helmet hair etc). Scantily clad to show off said clean fur.

Why else do cats groom themselves so much?!? They KNOW they’re looking good!

It does lead to some interesting questions on what exactly would quantify as “sexy” to Charr. Obviously, this isn’kitten as it doesn’t really fit into any lore (shown or imaginable) and is more geared towards people who don’t care about it all that much, but what exactly is there beyond it? It would presumably involve some level of power/control, so possibly being made out of some type of leather of some hunt or skulls from victims that don’t apply. If it’s something like actual felines, personal smell is a major factor, so stuff like perfume wouldn’t actually be a thing. Pride would also be a thing, and faction rank and position would presumably be pretty important.

Always fun times.

doesn’t take much effort to be respectful towards other people. In fact it probably takes more effort to hate on others than it does to just not be bothered by things.

If anyone knows anything about Leo, it’s that Leo can appreciate an attractive Charr female. That being said, not a fan of the new look in the OP. To each their own, but I personally like tight, form-fitting cloths (you choose the parts that stay bare but leave something to the imagination) on a female Charr. How practical depends on the practical task they perform (be it agile combat, ceremonial, tribal, natural, etc ect. Practical doesn’t have to be armored from paw to horns, basically) but it’s more enticing to see her form in full motion. The above outfit feels like it’s concealing that graceful form.

I doubt that charr standards of seduction would even match our own. For all we know, a charrs attractiveness could be measured by size of the horns, with no merit being given to the outfit at all.

They could easily have made them big-eyed, long-legged and busty/hourglass-shaped.

But, they didn’t – they made them, basically, look like a tomcat with horns.

Therefore, I can’t help feeling that sexy human clothing looks a little incongruous?

She could always transfer to TC Bayside High, where the cheerleader squad is ranked #1 NA, but her family currently doesn’t have the funds to pay for such a move. Still, Tyria High is a fine school for all RPers to attend. A charr can learn a lot about humans there.
