More small ideas
6) Give us a warning when we’re about to gather something with an implement that’s not the right level. If it were real life, there’s no way someone would use the wrong implement for any kind of gathering. But, because it’s a game, and you can’t see the implement, you can end up losing the materials.
It would be OK to only start warning players after they have used the wrong implement a few times.
I can think of two alternatives if that isn’t viable:
A) Put a colored border around nodes and around implements, so we get a visual clue when they don’t match.
B) Give us an audible cue that we just harvested junk, so maybe we step back before doing it again.

7) Put a small “+X” in the corner of agony infusions. They all use the same icon now, so we have to mouse-over them to figure out which are which.
8) Add Mastery Points to the mapping title display for HoT areas. They don’t need to become part of the actual title. It would just be so we can find them all by hovering over the user interface item for them.
9) Give us a video and/or audio message when we hit the XP goal for a mastery. Perhaps make the mastery square at the far right of the XP bar flash until you deal with it.

Give us something that lets us SEE our bank’s contents from elsewhere on the map, but not actually interact with it.
