It’s a little annoying that if you look at the GS selection you see a kitten ton of variety, same with swords, but when you look at rifles/pistols/staves you see almost nothing that really stands out.

I personally think this game has too many generic or plain skins that don’t stand out at all for certain weapon types. Like for rifle there is like three variations of the same energy weapon rifle (wave modulator or some kitten), some bland ones, a couple giant badly rendered ones, and then the few cool looking ones like the ley line one and The Predator (these two are the only ones that really actually stand out). The rest of them either all look the same (superhyperbeam alpha, spectral wave modulator…) or are ugly or bland (anything pearl…). The same issue exists with staves and pistols. Offhand weapons are even worse tbh.

So can more cool things come out please? Because right now the options are badly textured giant/energy weapons, bland kitten that looks generic, or one of the two or three actually unique skins of the bunch.

Hey, I LIKE my gritty old Legionnaire’s Rifle, thank you very much. :P In fact, I find myself wishing there were more detailed, black-powder style guns around rather than the sci-fi/magitech inspired trend we seem to be getting these days.

I like rifles that don’t beg to have wheels and a carriage attached.

Shiverpeak, Krytan, Seraph, Ebon Vanguard. HOM Wheel Lock as well.

Although Vera is pretty neat, if you just gotta have an assault rifle.

Personally I’d love a Quigley Sharps knock off or Ferguson Rifle. Imagine a Tyrianized Charr Martini-Henry.
