Hi all,

so before I start playing the game, I want to make sure there wont be too much trolls or drama and enough people to do events and instance runs while I lvl up and later in the 80+ end game.

So for those who have characters on multiple servers: which server do you prefer and why?

You can’t have different characters on different servers in this game.
You tie your account onto a single server when you first start the game, and from then on you make all your characters onto that server. You can, however, guest onto two/three other servers within a 24 hour time period.

As to your question, I’m on the American server cluster, so I wouldn’t know…

Seafarer’s Rest is one of the most active English speaking servers.

Its a WvW/PvE orientated server.

We do love a good bit of drama however…also it has a ‘gallows’ type humour. We do have a fair amount of other nationalities as well, for example our hardcore Bulgarian/Russian nightcrew in WvW (they are really good to run with actually)…

SFR is heavy WvW oriented. And the WvW scene is full.

If you enjoy RP, Piken Square is the unofficial EU RP server and is also nicely busy

SFR actually has a strong PvE scene too, though if you wanted to WvW there then just know that we don’t want you unless you’ve come to cover the night hours, prime time already has annoying queues.
