Most relaxing profession to play?
Warrior or Ranger.
Guardian, Clerics Gear
I don’t know about “relaxing,” per se, but the professions I like to play solo the most are Ranger and Necro — the former for the pet and the latter for the minions. It makes soloing easier for me. Have fun!
Guardian – Lots of stability, protection, healing, condition or power damage, you even have a (decent) ranged weapon now. You have a use anywhere you want to go and can stand up to just about anything to some degree. They’re pretty much immune to cheese content and builds.
In WvW? Probably ranger. No one asks anything out of you and no one wants you in a party. You are looked at as a ganker at best. At worst a rallybot. Most of the time people leave you to your own devices so you can pretty much do what you want. Just bringing that class into WvW screams casual to most people who spend a great deal of time in WvW.

Ouch the truth kinda hurts.
Revenant in Dwarf Stance: Toggle Hammer Time on (your ‘death knight bone shield’ effect) and just walk back and forth in the middle of zergs, then collect your loot.
Revenant in Centaur stance – specc’d to auto regen allies near your tablet: Just press you heal to lay out a tablet, and keep moving it to the middle of the zerg. Then collect your loot.
For weapons:
Hammer for range. Toggle on auto attack on the number 1 skill.
Staff for everything else. When moving use ‘5’ on cooldown to look you’re putting in effort by zipping ahead every so often. Use 4 in combats to heal folks and because it will make you look important.
- Mind you, you can also play these effectively. But the above will ’get you in the pack and able to follow along and actually be useful…
JAH Bless – Equal Rights and Justice for all.
Justice And Honor – Tarnished Coast.

Guardian, Clerics Gear
Hell no, you’re just going to die…
If you wanna go heal guard you should go hybrid with Sentinel/Soldier armor and Cleric weapon/accessory.
Already played Guard full cleric and in a serious fight you can’t outheal the damage.
I find Ranger to be pretty relaxed in PvE. It’s pretty tough, especially with Greatsword, while still having some wiggle room for different options. My build and utility skills on my Ranger are basically an afterthought, but I still have fun playing it, mostly for World Bosses and the occasionally just for fooling around.
In dungeons, WvW, or anywhere else where competing with other players comes into the mix, you’ll have to give it more thought, but that’s a given when you’re looking for something “relaxing” to play.
Try relaxing in a rift in Diablo 3 on Barbarian with that whirlwind attack spam.
If this game were any more relaxed, I’d end up falling asleep at the keyboard.

Warrior probably. relatively big healthpool, nice ranged and melee options. You can do anything with it.
It’s also not as slow as the guardian.

Anet did some really cool stuff with minion interaction for necro, and while it’s not the fastest getting around(minions still pull aggro in wider radius and fight enemies when attacked which means while you’re still running you’re keeping combat speed longer) it certainly is an easy spec to run around with.
ranger or necro
warrior is not relaxed because it has bad range option other then single target
and it takes more hit compare to other classes and has less defensive passive traits
Guardian, my first character since pre-release, has always been my easy go-to for relaxed play. That is not meant as a negative, however, as I like base Guardian very much.
Ranger has a false sense of “easy mode” to it-it’s not really that simple a Profession, and probably much, much harder to “master” than Guardian, at least IME (its downed state is still the best in the game IMO, for what it’s worth-very hard to die unless you are under super heavy direct fire.)
Revenant isn’t “easy mode” either, depending on whether you go tanky or more DPS oriented. Much easier to go high DPS Guardian than Revenant, although of course I am not as experienced on the latter.
Necromancer is mostly relaxed as well, if only for Death Shroud.
i’d say Warroir/Guardian or Necromancer.
don’t pick a Ranger for Pvp if you expect to play often it maybe easy at first but it has a high skill floor with the Manualy controled main hand sword its very bad in a unexperienced players hands so expect some stress if you do.
