Hey, I’m back into PvE since 2 days and i’m looking forward to get my tier 3 human cloth set. i’m 2/5 (no headgear) and am looking for the best farming location there is.

Right now for my gold i’m doing CoF p1 with a nicely build group. I know there is still Orr event farming but as a mesmer i’m lacking on tagging abilities.

I don’t mind anything “deadly borring”, I have a grind-soul, just looking for the most efficient way to gain gold.

Yeah, it was plinx/pent/shelt that I used to get my mesmer her T3 karma weapons. I know what you mean about tagging but with huge groups I tab targeted serially to get the most tags possible. On the gold front, with Omnoms, it seemed to be a couple gold per hour with serious work. At the cost of T3 armor that would take quite awhile. I don’t experience a strong sense of reward farming and really can’t think of a truly rewarding location.

shelt/pen farming

With a full party, especially with good tagging can net you 4g an hour.

You can get more if you guest inbetween other servers during downtime.

I farm fractals for money. At about level 20 they give pretty decent loot and I net anywhere from 2-6 gold per hour. Depends on your group, etc. This is just pugging it though. Not to mention the ascended rings and whatnot that are actually upgrades for most people

It isn’t “reliable” in the sense that you are looting chests for your rewards most of the time, but lodestones, rares, and exotics drop pretty regularly.

i do fractals when i need gold boost. added benefit of fractal tokens for obby shards, because Orr is always contested during my play times. no undead in fractals, either, yet, so i consider it easier than Orr.

If there was such a mythical place, nobody on here would say anything. Any time there is anything posted on fast money it’s nerfed into the ground.
