Guild Wars 2

Is there a way to get in when the gates are closed? The only things I need to complete the map are in there. I Googled it but it only shows vids of warriors abusing their gap closer to get in. I am a Thief. I should be better at breaking into places than warriors xD

Anyways if anybody got any advice, I’d appreciate it. I’m trying not to be frustrated, if an event is the only way to get in then fair enough. But there’s no doubt this is breaking my game immersion.

I would suggest just hanging out around the base to the west of the Infinity Coil. The cave troll event is the precursor to the event to get in (and into the dungeon as well).
