First before you rage at me for this
Please hear me out
(trust me last time I tried talking bout this in LA I got yelled at by a bunch of overzealous GW Vets and told to go back to WoW)

The idea of mounts is a sensitive topic among players of GW2
Some people absolutely LOATHE the idea for no other reason then “It wasn’t in GW and we don’t want another WoW clone”

Others (Like me) Like the idea of having them as an option in the gem store
the broom was a good addition in my opinion
I understand the whole argument of “What would be the Point”
I see that Waypoints are a great way to get around in and this would be a great Idea

I am asking why can’t mounts be an option for people that like that kind of thing?
Last time I suggested they be cosmetic I was told “**** cosmetics U FAIL LOLZ”
but this game is in desperate need of more armor and weapon skins and I think personally mounts could help that out a bit?

I don’t know just my opinion and this is more I get tired of people being overzealous and flaming people that dare want something in GW2 that wasn’t in Guild Wars 1

All I want is a horse to ride around on in these beautiful zones. Why is that a forbidden topic.

This would probably be better off going in one of the existing mounts topics, either in this section or the suggestions forum.

Agreed. But I feel too slow.

I wish I could run a bit faster with a mount. In WvW for example, it feels stupid when you are an army of players, and you use only casts to run across the map.
