Guild Wars 2

So I have tried messing with different settings in game, but anytime my mouse (action mode or otherwise) hovers over a player or npc, it highlights them. Normally I would be perfectly happy with this, but I am trying to start a scripted fan made web series, using one my account as a first person camera, and accidentally highlighting characters has become an issue. I have attached a jpg of my current graphics settings and was wondering if there was something I missed? Any help would be appreciated!

I’m reasonably certain you can’t turn this off. I understand how annoying that must be :/
I’ve gotten frustrated with the system before trying to take screenshots and not being able to remove the highlighted border from my minipet.
