Currently “Winter’s Presence” achievement hiding in the “Rare Collections” section, and “Festive Imbiber” is in the “community” section.

It’s will be logical to put them back to the Wintersday section until event end, so people would notice them, is not it?

I think it would be more confusing in the long run to be moving achievements back and forth when festivals are active

Those two persist even when the Festival is over and disappears from the Achievement list.
