I’ve gone back and checked the release notes for the past 2 updates and nothing mentions plants harvest returns having been changed.
For the past month or so I’ve only gotten a single charge/harvest on all plants, while previously I’d get between 1-3 commonly, especially on such rewarding a wider pool of mats like Herb Patches or Root Vegetables.
Guildies also confirmed getting only single returns for the past few weeks.
Is there something I missed? Was there a patch to this that I may have missed? Or is anyone getting multiple charges/harvests and I’m just strangely out of luck?

The ability to gather additional times was the result of a gathering bonus which can be obtained from the WvW bonuses or a gathering booster. They changed/broke the WvW bonus with the last patch, making it only take effect within WvW.
