So it was impossible to get an answer on twitch channel about this question.

But what about people who used multiple transmutations on their Legendary? Will they be able to get the original weapon back or will the Crystal just separate those two so you get Legendary weapon and the latest transmuted weapon.

Also, will Legendaries that people transferred from a character to character get tho keep their legendary weapon with the Transmutation Separator?

Or best, can we get someone to explain this in details. Because a lot of us have multi-transmuted our Legendaries, some have even transferred it to another character.
What’s gonna happen in those kind of situations?

As well as what if you have more than one transmuted legendary. Will this separator be unlimited use?

I think this new splitter will split things into the original stats of the DESIGN, and original design of the STATS. so if you transmutated your twilight many times and last time it was on eg. Pearl Greatsword of berserker, you will get Twilight with 0 stats that need to be selected and Pearl crap greatsword.

I am also wondering if you have more than 1 legendary on one character will you get the according number of Transmutation Splitters? Or do you get 1 for free and then they become available in the Gem Shop?

My understanding is that a transmuted item is made up of two parts no matter how many times you transmute it. One is the skin and the other is the stats. If you preserved the legendary skin, there should be no reason why one of the two items you receive will not be the original legendary.

Linsey was kind of vague and hesitant about the process, I’m grateful we’ll be able to untransmute the item. However, I’m now concerned that they are not able to get the items out on patch day. Oh well, a little patient goes a long way.

Yeah that’s what we all hope it will be, but it would really be nice if we got an official confirmation.

i wanted to transmute my legendary to account bound and pass it to my alt too if the splitter work. Hopefully we can get a official answer soon before the patch.

Err will legendaries be still available on TP after the patch? Or account bound like the ascended?
