on TP one tonic is 3.15silvers but when you look at ingredients, they are all almost a gold if not over a gold

Is a point what I’m missing?

The bulk of the supply on the tp was crafted in sep 2013, when ascended weapons came out. People discovered this tonic on their artificer and used it to level from 450-500. IT was cheaper to make this tonic than discovering an exotic weapon.

Back then, unidentified dyes were a kitteneaper than now as well so you could craft it for about 50s.
