Guild Wars 2

I’m not really a musical person, but I do want to learn how to play things on these musical instruments in game. They’re a pretty awesome concept. But, I’m just kinda lost as to how to go about learning.

Does anyone know what numbers = what notes? Anyone have any tips? Anyone know any songs and how they are played on these things? I tried looking them up but didn’t have any luck finding much information.

Any tips would be very welcome.

I don’t mess with them myself but I found this thread that might give you some ideas. It is a list of songs and what keys to press to play them or something like that.

Mostly, but not completely, lol.

Most instruments have 1 key = 1 note and the last 2 skills move up or down a scale, but some like the lute have a section that do chords.

The drum is also very different. Pressing the same key will continue with the same style of rhythm, but won’t play the same exact note each time. Also, the drum has some ‘loop record’ keys that will allow you to play a beat and have it repeat.

Im not sure as I only bought the Harp so far (gem conversion is very poor right now, waiting for at least 10:1 to convert some more) but I’m tole the Harp’s ability to play multiple notes in unison is not shared by them all?
