I quitted this game 2 years ago and now I am back. I see that I have a Arachnophobia and it has a 2 hour time limit and it is level one. Anyone know what is going on?

There were trial versions of those Halloween skins long time ago. Looks like you got lucky and it unlocked the ~200g skin for you for free. Try putting it on a permanent short bow via the wardrobe.

But that one is not craftable if you mean the ghastly grinning one. The mad moon shield is though.

It says “skin unlocked”. So it’s unlocked for your account already, there’s nothing you need to do at this point.
