Guild Wars 2

So my brother is going to buy a black dye for 5 gold. So i was going to donate 2 gold and 50 silver. I sent them via the mail system, but he did not recieve anything, but i lost my cash so it must have gone somewhere. I am sure i sent to the right guy, because we were in a party, i right clicked his name and hit send mail.

So we waited 10 minutes, and i tried to send him a new mail with 1 copper. I triple checked the name, sent it. He didnt get anything. tried again! Nothing happens. Then he tried to send me 1 copper, and i got it instantly.

Is this some kind of bug, and if it is… i seriously want a refund of my 2 gold and 50 silver… Seriously, it was half my cash.

Does he have more than 10 messages in his inbox? If so, he’ll have to delete them out until there’s enough space for the new message to come through.

Even if he has not 10 message in inbox i suggest to delete at least 1 message.
it happened the same to me.
i had 7 message but din’t received some materials a guildy sent me.
After deleting a message i received everything

You can have unlimited game mails (from NPC’s after finishing Renown Hearts and the like) but only 10 mails from other players.

But I had the mail system bug out on me once when I had only 6 personal mails. I deleted one of them and mail started flowing into my mailbox faster than I could open it, haha.

Sometimes when you use the right click send mail option, whether from group or guild window, you’ll get some other random character in the To: field. It looks like it’s clicking through the mail UI and picking up a character near you. I’ve had it happen a few times while sending a mail near the LA bank.

It seems to be a bit more reliable to type the character name in manually.
