Permanent Account Tools
I know they updated the Gathering tools in the past from soul bound to account bound and let everyone who bought multiple items get refunded. So if they didn’t mind refunding the price for it, then why can’t they allow us easy access for multiple characters?
They could easily imply an option to make it so you go to a certain NPC and collect the tools you previously bought Gathering Tools from the gem store but easily accessible for a new or previous multiple character.
Obviously I can only think of advantages, but many people would see a disadvantage to having the tools like this.
The main advantage to this is having the following:
- Access to any character whenever you want, meaning no need to go to the bank, store item, and then swap character and when finished repeat the whole process.
To others it may not be that much of problem, but I’d rather be able to roam on any character whether WvW or PvE and get items whenever I come across them without worrying: “Oh I better go get the tool off my other character”
