Anet, recently I saw one of your employees playing the game, amidst the 1000 inevitable questions from players, I mentioned something about a certain sword that I possessed. Eternity. This sword had problems since the beginning, and felt it was slightly underwhelming. I mentioned this in a rather casual manner, and he whispered me with genuine concern and interest. I told him the glitches, and he said “I’ll see what i can do, no promises, but i’ll try.” And now, it’s better than ever, I do not know if it was due to my efforts or not.
