Can you tell me if i can run this in my budgeted pc? This is my specs
Windows 7 64 bit
Intel® Pentium® CPU G3250 @ 3.20GHz (2 CPUs), ~3.2GHz
4096MB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GT 730 Display Memory: 3768 MB

Oh and how big is this game? i am downloading it right now and it is says 300k plus files. wut?!

It should run all right on that computer at lower settings. The game itself is around 20GB iirc.
