+1 Stark. Having been having a lot of fun.

Anonymous, it is ok you aren’t feeling the game, but I can’t understand why you or anyone else are hanging around since you don’t seem to like it.

My thanks, for a few reasons.

I suppose we’ll see what your opinion is like when you’re level 80 and realise all that there’s left to do is alot of grinding for slightly better looking gear, as nothing else is fun, nor rewarding (or sometimes not even working at all due to bugs etc). Thanks.

The things you can do at level 80 are exactly what they have been advertising for years. If you don’t like it, don’t play it. This is exactly the game they promised they would make. If you bought it knowing what they were making would rustle your jimmies or without researching the game first then you have only yourself to blame.

Giggity.

My thanks, for a few reasons.

MoP isn’t out yet so he doesn’t have anywhere to go.

PLEASE Blizzard hurry up! Release it early!

I’m simply providing my opinion on the game and agreeing with other people who share the same opinion. Freedom of speech really.

Your on a forum. Your freedom of speech is regulated by ANet.

To put it bluntly: You don’t have freedom of speech on the message board owned by a company.

….but nice try.

My thanks, for a few reasons.

Hi, guy who thinks gear treadmills are fun. It’s nice that you’re eagerly awaiting your pandas so you can do more of the same while you trick yourself into believing that your $15 a month is something more than lining in a Blizzard exec’s pockets, but the number of people playing WoW right now are about a third as large as the people playing GW2, so they could really use to in there to boost that population, and we could really do without your completely ignorant “Wahhh, this game isn’t WoW 2” whining.

Stark, ANet always appreciates thanks. And glad to see that you, like a majority of people who bought the game, are enjoying it. I’ve been playing my 80 for the past week, and I can say, contrary to what… people… like Anonymous say, there’s plenty to do at 80. People like him are just mad that, unlike what they consider to be TEH BEST GAEM EVAR, that post-80 doesn’t involve running dungeons for gear solely so you can run some dungeons for gear, ad inifitum.

Been playing MMO’s of all kinds for around 12 years. This is simply the best I have ever played. A total breath off fresh air, just amazing . I will be forever thankful to ArenaNet for finally breaking the mold on MMO design and game play mechanics. No trinity and no gear grind, and finally no raiding. It really is inspired.

Thank you ArenaNet for making an extremely high quality MMO with no sub The MMO landscape has now changed forever. Move over hardcore, the casuals are here to stay!

My thanks, for a few reasons.

“Must be another one of those poor mistaken people who are muddling good games up with bad games (such as Guild Wars 2).” – Anon

“Right and wrong, but it would be morally wrong to ban somebody simply because they’re putting there opinion regarding the game, on the companies own forum. People have different opinions, and people have the right to express that.” – Anon

Yeah. You are sure one to respect that whole “Opinion thing”. We don’t care if you were banned. The world wouldn’t really care and ANet wouldn’t miss you.

To put it simple: You aren’t important as you think you are.

My apologies then Stark. I’m just going by the general amount of “complaining” topics, if you will, that seem to be flooding the forums as I type, the majority of what i’ve mentioned are facts however, the others subjective as you say. I’m glad you enjoy the game and I hope you continue to enjoy playing the game! Many thanks.

Why did you feel the need to come on this thread with negitivity? This thread was one guy sharing his thanks and why HE likes the game.

Forums are infamous for complainers. Look at any game anywhere and you will see threads with complainers and whiners that actually drown out legit concerns. Because they go on and on. They don’t use search feature to find similar topics to respond to. So it ends up looking like a lot, when in fact it is a vocal minority.

In other words, forums aren’t the end all be all of facts nor do they necessarily speak for the majority.

My thanks, for a few reasons.

Funny observation: You ask a forum if they enjoy the game, and you’ll get a ton of people with largely ignorant complaints. Ask in-game, you’ll watch the game get showered with praise.

How interesting.
