Generation 1 legendaries only become account bound upon equipping them. You can buy/sell them on the TP.

What is a cosmetic jewel?

Make winter’s presence some sort of infusion or effect instead of a shoulder skin?

Rime-Rimmed breathers use regular skins, like the Metal Aquabreather. The effect is item based, similar to the Vial of Liquid Aurillium.

Perhaps in the future the breathers can be remade to have upgrades of their own hold the effect instead of just the breather.

So you don’t want them to be sellable or you want G2 Legendaries to be sellable?

(I’m all for G2 legendaries to be on TP, I used a credit card to buy my 5+ Legendaries, Nightfury, Foefire collection, Mists weapon collection, volcanus, infinite light, Mjolnir and so on and would buy some of those too)
