Recently ? have seen some odd things so ? wanted to ask here that what it is and what means it has. I have seen glowing man appears and disappears within 3 seconds. My boyfriend didnt see it so i think it only be seen by mesmers- my thief boyfriend-

This clone of the Vale guardian/Ley line anomaly has been appearing and disappearing since a couple patches ago. It is client-side, so only you would see that exact pop-in; your boyfriend, for instance, will see another only he can see etc.
This is most likely connected to the Living story and current events, but exactly what it is no one can say.

I’ve seen him too
