Are they sellable?
Can you Mystic Forge other weapons bought with Badges of Honor?
Can you MF other weapons bought with, say, Dungeon Tokens? I wonder if this is an intentional restriction to keep people from buying a steady supply of exotics to forge into more expensive exotics?
Sorry, I didn’t mean every sentence in this post to be a question, but I wonder if that might be the case?

Some items are designed to be unsalvageable. Some are designed to be unforgeable.
The game had problems with people exploiting fixed values for items at various points in time. As a result, ANet has put seemingly arbitrary restrictions on certain classes of items. Annoying, to be sure, but not a bug.
