Guild Wars 2

Hey so today I was rolling the wvw reward track exotic weapons in the forge, I used 2x Arah GS and a HoTW GS with a forge stone. I know in the past this should have resulted in a GS, as the forge stone would copy one of the slotted GS.

However, the end result was…….. The Lover?

Not that I’m complaining about rolling a prec but I was expecting something along of lines of Dusk or Dawn.

So did I miss something in the patch notes that changed the behavior of the forge/forge stones or should I really have rolled a GS precursor?

The stone takes the place of a fourth item of equal rarity, with level equivalent to the average level of the first three items. The replaced item will be either a generic armor, trinket or weapon, depending on the other 3 items used, but will not have a specific subtype (e.g. it will be “a weapon”, not “an axe”)

The MysticForge stones are the same as a random item.
