Mystic Forge Stone (shop only?)
It seems you can still get Mystic Forge Stones through the Chest of Black Lion Goods that you get every seven days as a login reward.

They also still come in large quantities from Achievement Chests earned each 500 Achievement Points.
I’ve gotten one within this last month from a daily and some from an archieve chest.
