Hi,

Since Halloween, the Mystic Forge in LA has been acting strangely for me and I wondered if anyone else is getting this. The ‘Interact’ option only comes up in a small segment about 20 degrees clockwise from Miyani. Sometimes logging in and out restores the entire forge to be interactable, sometimes it doesn’t.

I’m familiar with the /repair option and will give it a try if this persists. Just curious if anyone else is having a similar issue?

I noticed that too the other day.

I’ve been able to get at it from various spots but I find I have to wade further in and face it directly to get the interact prompt.

My only real complaint with it is that there are too many NPCs hanging around there, and half the time I end up interacting with an NPC instead of the forge.

My Mystic Forge ‘shrunk’, as well. Now I must wade nearly to the center to use it.

I suppose the silver lining is that I’m no longer near any of the NPCs. Maybe it was deliberate, so we can avoid them. /shrug

I think the problem is that the interaction zone is no longer in the same spot as the portal (maybe the Halloween version was in a slightly different location and they didn’t revert it). If you approach from the south there’s a spot where you can activate the portal without even being in the water.
