If i take 4 green aquabreathers, can I get 1 gold tequila aquabreather?

if i take 4 green minis, can i get specific recipee minis like Chainsaw the skeleton?
4 golds that aren’t twisted, can they make mini steamrider/hulk?

Basically are there limits to what items the Forge can give, or is it literally everything in the game?

Putting 4 aquabreathers into the mystic forge usually awards you with a random armor piece, not necessarily with an aquabreather and i doubt that the teq breathers are available this way.

You also cant get special minis randomly, only through its designated recipe.
