Salvage any time with it’s normal salvage values.
Instead of runes gives luck:
Minor runes/sigils become 1 or 2 +10Luck
Major runes/sigils become 1 +50Luck (and a rare chance on a 100Luck)

I highly doubt a majority of the community is at MF level 300. Plus, if they were, there would be no need for this, right?

Indeed, very few, if some at all, are at 300. but I suppose there’s some.. there’s always some.
But those people can simply not forge the kit.

Everyone has problems. Nomone solution can fix everything. Those who dont need the luck, but dont need the runes wont be better or worse off, regardless of the kits. Their position simply wont change. Part of the community improves, part of the community remains the same. Thats an improvement, no?

This sounds nice to have, extra luck would be appreciated. Still though I just wouldn’t mind a salvage kit with 0% chance of extracting upgrades.
