Mystic Salvage kits nerfed?

Out of 3-4 rares I’d get 2-3 ectos, depending (worst case scenario, 1 ecto). Now, I’ve been noticing that out of 3-4 rares, the average is 0 ectos. What’s the dealio? Am I missing something?

I’m just going with the flow.
Let’s make it “Casual Friday” errday.

Yes, you are missing something. Average return is more like .9 per salvage. A couple of 0’s in a row isn’t just normal, its INEVITABLE.
