Guild Wars 2

Is still not letting me progress.

Once you get an Encrusted Ring and go to Titan’s Perch.
It gives you the message “That content has been temporarily disabled. Please try again later”

The prior steps are working but this is where I get stuck.

They re-disabled it

They re-enabled it, found another bug, then disabled the third part. You can still do the first 2 upgrades for the strange rock.

Yeah, sorry folks! We re-enabled the content this morning only to discover that we had another problem that to fix. The first two upgrades should be working right now and we will have a fix for the third one in an upcoming patch. Thanks for your patience!
