Guild Wars 2

As stated in the title, when I try to use an NPC text string such as [&AwAsAAA=] in chat, it will only display above my head in say and party chat and not show up as text in the chat window. I know that you used to be able to do this, and my goal was to make an interesting and eye-catching guild advertisement with it. Does anyone know if there’s a fix to this, or why ArenaNet removed it?

It’s been like this for a while, and I haven’t seen any fixes for this yet.

Well, some people complained about it, there was a thread about it. Maybe that’s why it was removed. I’m not sure.
