Naga Gaming Mouse
Wife and I both use them. We both have F1-F4 keybound to 1-4 on the side. My dodge keybind is on 5. Passive/Aggressive keybind for my Ranger (since that is my main still) is on 6. My wife has skills 6-0 on the rest of the buttons along with a few other things that I’m not sure of.
I have my skills on the mouse buttons. The F1-4 keys I moved to C V B N, so I can hit them with the thumb of my left hand, which is resting on my movement keys. Dodge, I have on the 3rd mouse button as my index finger rests on it when holding the mouse.
ANet may give it to you.
sup fellas. Just bought this sucker after 3 years of clicking in gw2, enough is enough, im finally civilized. What key bindings are people running for the F1-4 and such? im trying to get my hands adjusted to this thing
Here’s how I’ve got my set up (bear in mind, I’m a ten key typist person so…yeah.):
I use my A,S,D,F,G keys for my main abilities. My utilities are bound to my Q,W,E,R,T (I think that’s all but also Y if it’s not) with my Adreneline ability (only have one since I’m a warrior) bound to F1.
I use my mouse ENTIRELY for movement with the 1,2,3,4 keys being bound for dodging/strafing while I use typical mouse movement.
It seems to me that it makes it MUCH simpler than a bunch of crazy keybinds and modifiers, but I’ve always been a mouse movement type.
Skills 1-9: Naga buttons 1-9
Dodge: Middle mouse click
Elite skill: E
Weapon swap Q:
F1-F5: Shift + 1-5 on Naga
Once you get used to the Naga buttons and hitting 1-9 becomes muscle memory, this simple setup gives you instant access to every keybind you need.
You are still left with extra buttons on the mouse as well which you could bind to whatever you like, but I personally find the Naga buttons 10-12 a bit awkward to reach for so I don’t use them for anything that needs to be activated fast.
I use Naga Epic and Naga 2014, 1-10 are skills , Pushing down scroll wheel = Weapon switch. F1-4 I use Keyboard F1-4 keys since I use WASD to move, its not a hard thing to press an F# key then go back to positioning my Left hand on ASDF.
Your best bet is to make up your keybinds based on what will work best for you. Most of the keybinds I see people mentioning sound awful to me (I could never use them) but they work well for those people. It’s a pretty individual thing.

Since my thumb naturally falls on the 4, I use this setup. For buttons 10-12 I use the ball of my thumb.
1: F1
2: F2
3: F3
4: 1
5: 2
6: 3
7: 4
8: 5
9: 6
10: 7
11: 8
12: 9
Alt 1: F4
Alt 2: F5
Alt 3: 0 (Elite)
Top button: Weapon Swap (flat part of top index finger)
Bottom button: Dodge (flat part of bottom index finger)
Mouse click: Push to Talk
I use a nostromo for 1-0 and f1-f4.
My naga is jump, interact, show names, dodge, sheath, weapon swap, and then less important things.
|Daredevil|Ranger|Guardian|Scrapper|Necromancer|Berserker|Dragonhunter|Mesmer|Elementalist
|Deadeye|Warrior|Herald|Daredevil|Reaper|Spellbreaker
I rebind 4-5-6 to 1-2-3 so you thumb has the same travel distance to ‘actual’ 1-2-3 and 7-8-9, 10 is elite. top 2 by wheel I use for weapon swap and auto-run (constantly cleaning bags while speed running)
I use the following (keyboard: Naga):
1-9: 1-9
0: 10
-: 11 (I bind the – key to weapon swap)
=: 12 (I bind = to dodge)
F1-F4: Shift+respective number key
Then some of the other stuff is standard like z and x for look behind and reverse direction.
Skills 1-9: Naga buttons 1-9
Dodge: Middle mouse click
Elite skill: E
Weapon swap Q:

This makes the most sense to me. I’m going to try something like this tmrw ty
Top row
|3|6|9|12| = |Next target| Take target| Target| Closest target|
Distal lower square
|2|5| = |F1|F2|
|1|4| = |F3|F4|
Anything extra such as TS3 push-to-talk, etc for leftovers
Top Row – 3,6,9 – Utility Skills
Middle Row – 2,5,8 – Auto Attack, Weapon 5, Heal
Bottom Row – 1,4,7 – Ult, Dodge, Unused
Middle Mouse Button – weapon swap
2-4 on keyboard used for weapon skills
~, 1 and 5 on keyboard become F1 mechanic buttons
for ele: ~, 1, 5, and R….with R being the attunement that I don’t go into that much
I bound F1-F4 to Q, E, R, F and utility skills to ALT + Q, R, E ,F . Side mouse buttons for dodge, heal, weapon sheathe, weapon swap. Use/Interact is bound to X / MMB .
