Looks like tier 3 norn medium armor.

Did they recently change it? Haven’t seen anyone with that helm until now o_O

I don’t think so, but I’m not entirely sure.

I’m pretty sure that’s the same helm as always. And you never see it because pretty much no one ever shows it/wears it, probably.

It’s T3 cultural for Norn medium. The helm is the same as it’s always been. Just no one ever uses it. Or rather rarely.
