Guild Wars 2

Can someone tell me how to create a support ticket. Recently bought $10 worth of gems and exchanged it for gold. I gotten the gold but next day it’s missing from my person. I pretty much had what I had before the exchange. Any help is appreciated. I did a support bug report but havent gotten any responses.

A bug report only alerts the team to bugs in game, they do not provide support. With this link you can make a ticket where you can get support for your prob.
