I need Henchman!
I understand that the game is not a solo game but there are certain things that you need to do before you can progress in the game. Things that people no longer do.
For instance…
Fractals= Need to do level 1-10 to get stuffs to do 11-20 ect…
Instances= Need to do instances to get Exos…cant do instances cause “The Player base” only wants experienced level 80 heavys… Come on people
Group events= PvE is a deadzone…You might see an occasional player or to roaming around the world.
Truth is, ANET has made this game WAY to much about WvWvW. Living Story? Pffffft more like “Living-Boss battle and the more WvWvW”

You don’t really need to do instances to get exotics. You can craft them or buy them on the trading post. You can also start your own dungeon group.
It’s only a small amount of the dungeon runners that think you need heavy berserker gear exotics to do a level 30 dungeon. The rest are smarter than that.
I think you missed the point Dark, he trying to do groups for the dungeons and it is very hard to get a full group for them. Especially since it seems alot of the dungeons have gotten tweak since the old days to the point where no one will even let you run unless your level 80 already fully gear. The whole point of the post is that there no insentive to revisit old content which happen in guild wars one so they made heros which you made your own build for them. I under that it be alot harder to do it for this game so maybe a possibility to give a insentive for those who already completed the game to maybe back track besides the simple 1 achievement point.
I have a suggestion to ANet.
If you wont make Henchman, then make the instances scale with how many people go in. So you can solo/duo instances. Reward should still be the same.
Do this with Fractals aswell, but only the 1-20 versions. HotW, CoE, and Arah should not be able to be soloed/duo.

Before the massive dungeon over haul they did you could take any class in their with any combination, long as people where compident enough to use the build they have you could make it through the dungeon. However alot of the dungeons have been tweeked to the point that unless you run in their with the omg dmg zerk build on a warrior or some other heavy class or mass aoe you can’t run the dungeons anymore.

If that’s really true, I won’t play with a bunch of no AP, no dps, no experience player everyday.
Besides just go do FGS champ train. 3 hours should net you enough money for 1 set of exotic armor and weapon.
For people like the OP who are interested in learning, there are many helpful people in the dungeon forums. They’ve created mentor programs. If you come with an attitude of willingness to learn, then it doesn’t matter if you’re brand new to the dungeon.
Ya and we try to use it. Spent like 3 hours looking for groups and then gave up. Its either they dont want to do the path or they want full heavys.
can you tell me exactly what dungeon you are doing? I don’t know how it take you 3 hours. Most of dungeon is filled in 5 minutes for me. Even the longer one wont’ take more than 30 minutes.
Try running some of the more popular dungeons to learn common tactics, build up your AP, and get some rewards. If you’re getting kicked from groups it could be low AP as well as your class and gear. As you get more experienced you’ll see more ways to get round LFG problems generally.
If you want TA stuff then run TA path 1 and ask the good groups if they want to run the aetherblade path as well once you’ve finished. That might get you going.
I hate to ask the obvious question, but are you in a guild?
My guild has a pretty normal rotation of doing Explorables, Fractals, outdoor events AND WvW on a regular basis every weekend, and sometimes during the week when folks are free from work.
Find a set of like-minded folks who are interested in playing the way you do.The game IS community-oriented, but the social groupings ARE up to individual players.

I have 6 level 80s and im in full exos and ascended
Its not the tactics.
Its the people. There are none
Click on the “Contact and LFG”, click on “Looking for Group[Beta]”, click on dungeon, click on the dungeon you want to do. Click “advertise your group” to make your own group.
I bet you never tried. Because most of the dungeon group can be filled in less than 1 minutes.
ps. I go afk for 30 minutes and there are 30 listing of AC. Afk for 10 minutes and there are 10 listing of CM. You can’t find a group?
And I know TC as a server has good WvW going, and I also hear it’s one of the friendliest servers out there. If you’re experiencing something different, perhaps you might consider guesting / transfer.
