Guild Wars 2

Hi, the thing is, my guild wars 2 wont start up. when i click on the play button the screen just go black, i can move my mouse around but cant do anything else, i have tried repairing my game client but that did not do anything, i have also submited a ticket but thought i would ask here aswell if someone is has the same problem or know a sulotion. Grateful for any help.

have you tried updating your graphics card drivers to the latest version?

Had a similar issue, I have to run the game as an administrator. Even through my account on my machien is an administrator account. Whether that is your issue or not can’t say, but do have a look I think it is simply a right click and run as adminisrator.
