Nerfing of Boon Runes
Don’t know mesmer, but boonmancer was pretty common on guardians and not that unique for sure. And they want people to use more a full set than mixes.
Just go with a full set of water, you’ll have 25% less boon duration but has more AoE healing. Or full monk (more healing here as well).

That’s not the point, it wasn’t meant for healing, it was meant for boons!
At the boon duration of near 99 – 103%, I was able to keep a constant boon mixes from variety sources. Temporal Curtain + illusionary leap + Phase retreat from staff = 40 seconds of retaliation.
Chaos Armor and Chaos Storm pushing multi boons on you and your teammates, then popping signet of inspiration to copy them all onto your teammates, I was always able to keep them on for long periods of time.
Phantasms placed in different ranges became regen stations if needed that if stand by one for 10 seconds get is 54 sec regen boon.
Plus with myself, I always had boons on me in battle that never go down…so it’s sad to see what I was normally getting 27 sec of a speed boon to beat the temporal curtain cooldown, now becomes a waste of 20 secs.

I’m quite sure that’s exactly why boon duration bonuses got nerfed.
