When I select character and press play I only get to the loading screen and then Network Error. What is this?

Same here, I assume either the servers are full or have gone off-line for the POF demo. Bit sad about that as tonight is the only chance I’ll have to play it before it goes live and was looking forward to looking around

Had it for awhile, and then i was getting kicked between two different zones on trying to load…took a few tries before i actually got in

The pvp community reminds me of what Obi-kittenenobi describes Mos Eisley as from star wars.

Same here.

I got shot back 15-20 min because I was in Auric Basin, and then went to Guild Hall, did some stuff, went to Rata Sum, and when I was going to the Metrical Waypoint to head to Metrical Province… that’s when I was d/ced.

Can confirm, it’s also happening to me. The network error appears after selecting a character at character select screen.

I’ve been DC’ed several times today. I just attribute it to the free weekend extra sever load. I otherwise never have an issue. It is kind of annoying though.

When i googled the error code i found a post from 2015 where they recommended a DNS flush and it worked for me

go to command prompt and type: ipconfig /flushdns
