So as graphically amazing as this game already is, you release such a great outfit. Thank you for giving me a reason to level up my guardian! Some may not like it but it fits the Asura perfectly, no ear clipping at all.

Originally I was going to disagree with you..
but after seeing the image..

..this is needed very, very much..

Side note; I almost had thought up a way to do it. It involved a new character(guardian) with the skin as the darkest shade of black, the outfit, the longest scepter in the game; Emberglow, and a sword.

I guess, if you REALLY wanted to, you could use a long torch? but then again, Idk.. lol

Looks good, but not so much on Asura, maybe I buy one for my thief (though I really love my nightmare court/evergreen combo).

As an asura only player thank you for finally giving us an outfit, that is actually adjusted to our toes and ears. I purchased it immediately. Love it!

Too bad charr tail have clipping issues. Othen that that its looks good. Not my style tho

I like that it looks good on every race. I saw Hamfast’s complaint that it’s unisex on charr and asura — but it’s unisex on everyone.

The tail clipping is much less egregious than usual imo. The leather flanges out over the tail base, so female tail fringe at the base does clip into the skirt but it’s not nearly as obvious an issue as with most armor. The hood makes up for any clipping by leaving the horns intact and lying nicely along the spine instead of sticking out in the air as it does on the other races.

Some of my guildies and I giddily alt hopped as we dyed the outfit on our alts and showed the results to each other last night. I do find the texturing on the skirt and leather inhibits the use of some dyes as they come out looking coarse and smudgy, though I don’t think this is supposed to be a ball gown so s’all good.

Here are some of the color combos I came up with, not all of which will “stick” but I do have them noted in a Word file for those inevitable times the dye selection gets undone by the glitch:

It still looks like a garbage sack on a Charr, but it’s not too bad, and at least they tried to cover the tail intersection. I like the design otherwise. I’d be in the mood to roll a new Ele, but.. Traits.
