Boss name
Drakh, Undead Mursaat

Passives
Defiance
Applies 1 stack of confusion to enemy on getting attacked. Cooldown: 3 seconds
Retaliation every 3 seconds

Phase 1 100%
Illusionary Crowd: Drakh, Undead Mursaat summons 50 illusions of himself . 1 new illusion summoned every 5 seconds. Illusions have the same passives as Drakh himself.

Drakh Bomb: Drakh channels negative energies from the planes of his homeland. High air pressure causes enemies to regenerate no endurance and lose 25% movement speed. At the end of the channel Drakh releases the bomb which causes 25 stacks of confusion and 50% of enemies current hp.

Phase 2 75%
Fading Town: Drakh gains stealth and so does his illusions. When stealth ends, Drakh and his active illusions apply 5 stacks chilled, burning and torment for each illusion active, to all enemies.

Fusion of Many: Drakh fuses with his illusions increasing the power of his spells by 50%. Drakh gains 25 stacks of might and fury. 3 seconds after fusion, Drakh releases an instant Drakh Bomb.

Crystal Field: Drakh summons crystals everywhere on the ground. Crystals presence causes confusion every 3 second and torment every 5 second. Crystals explode after 20 seconds dealing a large amount of damage and applying 25 stacks of torment and confusion.

Phase 3 50%
Repeat Phase 1 and Phase 2.

Phase 4 25%
Aid of the Wicked: Drakh, Undead Mursaat summons two portals next to him. His younger brother Morh steps out of one and his older brother Xarh steps out of the other.

I’m out of ideas here as of now, but something really epic should happen here.

I like
Hmmm… Mursaat’s was quite hard without ascended if I recall that right from GW1, I hope we don’t need ascended gear to be able to fight this guy. If not meant for a fractal boss that is :P

50 active illusions? Alot of clutter and alot of laaaaaaag And you realy like condition damage… Hmm…

How about?
Phase 4 25%
Aid of the Wicked: Drakh, Undead Mursaat summons two portals next to him. His younger brother Morh steps out of one and his older brother Xarh steps out of the other.
Drakh will continue to Auto-attack and cast Drakh Bomb now and then.
Morh will maintain Aura of reflection a reflecting invisibility shield on Drakh.
Xarh will use Thunderclap (http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Thunderclap), Lightning Orb (http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Lightning_Orb).

Morh and Xarh will cast Divine Intervention (The skill will put a permanent buff on target and it only wears of on death. The buff resurrects the target with 60% Health when it dies.) on eachother when they get below 50% health if they are above 75% health. That means if Morh health is above 75% he will cast Divine Intervention on Xarh if Xarh goes below 50% Health and the other way around.

Maby missed it but where Drakh supposed to be?
