Forgive me if this is something that has been addressed but I was waiting on Teq last week and was fooling around with some Box Of Fun (I think) trick that allowed us to preform different dances than just our normal dances.

And I got to thinking (can you smell the smoke?).

Is it possible to maybe have/create an item that would let our characters permanently LEARN another, different dance? Obviously, character skeletons support the ability and I was just wondering if there was some reason we cannot permanently learn a new dance.

There are dance volumes that let you learn the dances you get from boxes of fun. Idk if they are planning to add new ones though. But with that item you can learn a new dance and invite others to dance with you just like with the box, except it’s an account bound item in your inventory that you click to use.

That’s the item I was referring to. We had a pretty sizeable dance party going on too which was a hoot. I think it’d be pretty nifty to learn new dances on a permanent basis though which is the main focus of my question.

Yes, GW1 dances should be brought back. Perhaps as some kind of “relic from the past”, a newly discovered tome containing dance moves of ages past. Could have been found during the restoration of LA.

Considering they’re removing stuff like idle animations from the game, I don’t think they’re going to add any new dances.

I’m still waiting for my /flex emote and the rest of the GW1 emotes.

I very much like the idea of new dances i have played a lot of mmorpg and lets be honest the dances here are not one of the best, and i woudnt mind buying good new ones (anet hint hint).
