The new preview image of the next patch is up once again on the new patch day. The preview shows shattered glass images with three different styles: green jump pads, Asura tech lights, and something with red metal & cloths.

I only have the assumption that it’s Fractals based on the clues of the broken/shattered glass pieces. Also, we know that the new Fractal we’re going to be getting is going to be the Reactor, as that’s the one promised by Ellen when she won the election many months ago. That makes sense for the Asura piece of the image, but the other two images don’t look anything like Aetherblade Retreat or the Molten Weapons Facility.
