Similar to the Additional Crafting Licence, Anet could add an item that lets you transfer a leveled crafting profession from one character to another. This would mean you’d finally be able to move all your crafting professions from your alts onto your main, without having to level the crafts again.
If it cost 800 gems, you would almost save money by taking those gems and converting to gold. Then just use gw2crafts and level up the profession from scratch.
